Sharpe Arts

         My illustrations focus on a fantastical world that mimics our own. Inspired by fantasy, they look at various creatures, real or fake, and how they interact to form their society. These illustrations are the ideas behind stories I would like to create to generate discussion about human interactions, as well as how we can better ourselves and others to form a socially just society. Many also focus on negative human effects on earth's natural environment. In this series I have created a character that is continuous throughout; an anthropomorphic representation of pollution and what it is doing to our world. Since the illustrations I create are a combination of line drawings and water colour paintings they are fun and lighthearted. The addition of this creature in solid black India ink creates a strong contrast between the bright scenery it is set in.
